Comprehensive Management Reports

To help you track how your business is doing, Tee-On has more than 50 predefined management reports, covering sales, inventory and accounts. There's no need to spend time designing reports as we have already done this for you. However, for your added convenience, you also have the flexibility to create your own reports by exporting data into Microsoft Excel.

With our integrated system, your report data will be automatically consolidated, even when you manage sales from the pro shop and restaurant at the same time. Certain daily reports can be automatically sent to Tee-On's central server, which means you can choose to access sales data or accounting export files from anywhere you have internet access. In particular, this provides greater flexibility for your bookkeeper if they work off-site.

Additionally, member statements can be generated in batches and with a single click they can be uploaded to our central server, where they can be accessed by your customers through our secure service. This significantly reduces both administrative and postage costs.
