Comprehensive Golf Management Reports
Tee-On's comprehensive golf management reports help you track how your business is doing by providing you with valuable information, covering all aspects of course and cart usage. These reports can be used in any number of ways, including helping to direct your marketing efforts. For example, using our 'number of rounds played by time of day' report, you could design a marketing initiative aimed at filling tee times after a specific time on a particular day of the week (i.e. after 2 pm on Sunday afternoons). Alternatively, you may find the cart usage information helpful when making golf cart purchasing decisions.
Importantly, golfer data (both member and public) is stored in the system so your club has full details on each of its golfers, including but not limited to, no show history, last time played, number of guests they have brought to the course, etc. The system's no show reports can identify potential problems, which can also help you get control of the issue. Additionally, since members are usually a club's best ambassadors, it's nice to know when and/or if they are bringing their friends to your club.
